There is no such thing as coincidence.  Everything that happens has been contracted for learning before you come in - I know this is difficult to understand but it is true.  Last year I went to northern cyprus on my own for a holiday in the sun.  On the very last swim the step broke and the metal end guaged out a huge piece of my foot.  The hotel were a nightmare and I was on my own.  Surely I hadnt created this but I had.  When I had calmed down and got over the shock I realised that I felt so abandoned and this bought up my patterns and blocks.  I had felt abandoned most of my life by people and situations.  Couldn't my soul have organised this less painfully - yes I suppose it could of but I cried for 3 days as I was in shock and I needed to do that to release all these painful memories and I wasnt going to do it any other way.

In this life spiritual people are looking to pay off their karma for what they have done in past lives.  We have all stolen, murdered and hurt people.  So if you are having troubles now (which I certainly am!) it is because I have chosen a certain time frame to feel how I made those people feel.  So I have built up patterns of non forgiveness and guilt which are difficult to heal - but I am getting there.

So if somebody is nasty to you it will be payback for you being nasty to somebody.  If someone gossips it is because you have gossiped (gossip is soooooooooooooo bad please stop doing it now). If you loose money it is because you have taken money from somebody else.  That is why some people are burgled in a street and others arent.

So please look at every situation and look for the learning and the lesson.  Ask your angels and guides to come and help heal it.  Dont blame other people for what has happened take responsibility even if you dont like it.  This week Amanda Holden has sacked her media person because of a picture of her daughter - but she should have taken responsibility and said she was wrong.

Bringing in what you have asked for

Following on from my blog yesterday I want to talk about why you havent got the life you have asked for.  Spiritual growth is an ongoing process but you have to believe that everything is happening is perfect time and this will be reflected in your astrology chart.  I know it is frustrating, especially is you have ill health or no money - but you must keep remembering that you have chosen this and are working towards your spiritual goal.

I know it is difficult to keep positive but using meditation, prayer, techniques like EFT and affirmations you need to keep going.  If you get knocked off centre you need to go back as quickly as possible because if you are putting out negativity to the universe that is what you will get back.  Take responsbility for what you did in past lives and this life.  Every person, situation, illness, marriage etc is designed to learn and move forward into the person we should be.  It is difficult not to judge others but dont and dont gossip either as this is a very low vibration.  If somebody upsets you send them love and light and then release the memories - stop going on about things as this means you are in victim mode!!

Try to look at every situation and learn the lesson and heal it.  Are you easily irritated? Do you get angry quickly?  Do you hate yourself deep down or think you are unworthy?  All these emotions need to be cleansed before you can more forward - I know you have to be a detective but wouldnt life be boring if everything went smoothly!!

Remember you are were you are supposed to be now and you are moving towards the life of your dreams and it wont be long - the universe is asking for you to have patience!

Why don't you have the life you have asked for?

Are you following all the rules for the Secret, Cosmic Ordering and the laws of attraction and manifestation and nothing is happening? Everything you try doesnt bring you what you want?  You meditate, you pray, you use EFT or hypnosis and you still havent moved forward?  WHY?

I have mentioned before that we choose our own lives and we choose what happens when.  This is all written and contracted before we come in and although we have free will, it mostly happens as it is written.  This plan if full of experiences - some good, some bad - that we have to go through before we have the life of our desires.

Just because nothing appears to be happening it doesnt mean that is isnt.  What you are doing is sowing the seeds, removing the blocks and patterns and paying off the karma for your past lives.  I know this is frustrating but you agreed to it!!!

If you are down or frustrated use a technique like EFT to bring you back to positive.  Keep meditating, keep putting out what you want, keep looking at the areas of your life that need improving, keep looking at your traits that need changing - and you will get there!!

I have looked at thousands of lives and still I am being told to look at more.  The biggest thing is to forgive ourselves for what we have done in past lives and this life (real or imagined) and remove the guilt - this is not easy and can take a couple of years so keep at it!

Why not sit down with a friend and say "I cant have the life of my dreams because....." and sees what comes up - and the bonus is that this is healing.  Write down your thoughts as this releases them from you as well.  Write down all the problems and then in the next column right the truth.

For eample:  I cant earn money/The truth is the you can earn money and it is easy

Keep going this year is going to be good for all of us and the Chinese New Year has just started so use this to think that the new year has just happened!

Why do patterns and blocks come back?

I have been clearing my blocks and patterns for nearly 20 years ago now and cant believe that they still keep coming back.  So why do they?:

1.  Blocks and patterns are like a onion.  Everytime you clear it you are actually only clearing one layer - which is why it takes so long!

2. The block is not being cleared from your bodies like your etheric, spiritual, causual, mental, emotional etc.

3. They are not being cleared from past lives, this life, parallel lives or future lives so it is recreated

4. You are not in touch with the emotions that are causing the patterns/blocks and therefore it cant be healed for ever.

5. If you released all your patterns and blocks at once you could be very ill and therefore your subconscious wont let it happen as its job is to keep you safe.

6. You have not cleared all the karma associated with the blocks/patterns and therefore they are still there.

7. You have not cleared all the past lives associated with the problems

8. Your inner child still wants to hang onto them to meet their needs

9. Parts of you that are hanging onto the blocks for reasons of safety and survival will not let them go

So when a clearing happens, it is essential to make sure that your life coach or healer covers all these areas + asks for them to be released from other dimensation, all layers, and from the aura.

What causes stress?


Causes of stress

The situations and pressures that cause stress are known as stressors. We usually think of stressors as being negative, such as an exhausting work schedule or a rocky relationship. However, anything that puts high demands on you or forces you to adjust can be stressful. This includes positive events such as getting married, buying a house, going to college, or receiving a promotion.

Of course, not all stress is caused by external factors. Stress can also be self-generated, for example, when you worry excessively about something that may or may not happen, or have irrational, pessimistic thoughts about life.

What causes stress depends, at least in part, on your perception of it. Something that's stressful to you may not faze someone else; they may even enjoy it. For example, your morning commute may make you anxious and tense because you worry that traffic will make you late. Others, however, may find the trip relaxing because they allow more than enough time and enjoy listening to music while they drive.

Common external causes of stress:

Major life changes
Work or school
Relationship difficulties
Financial problems
Being too busy
Children and family

 

Common internal causes of stress:

 

Chronic worry
Pessimism
Negative self-talk
Unrealistic expectations/Perfectionism
Rigid thinking, lack of flexibility
All-or-nothing attitude

Your ability to tolerate stress depends on many factors, including the quality of your health and relationships, your general outlook on life, your emotional intelligence, and genetics. Are you are glass ‘half full’ or a glass ‘half empty’ person?  If you are the ‘half full’ person this will help you to combat stress.  If you look for a benefit in every situation and use it for growth, this will also help. If you are a ‘survivor’ rather than a ‘victim’ this will help.  If you are doing something stressful because you personally get a benefit from it like attention and sympathy, this will definitely not help.

What's stressful for you?
What's stressful for you may be quite different from what's stressful to someone else. For example:
Susan finds looking after her parents a joy, but her sister Melanie finds it stressful
Rosemary loves getting up in front of people and speaking but Carol shakes and can’t speak
Ann loved her drive to work as it gave her time to think and listen to her music, while James hated it because he always worried there would be an accident and he would be late
Angela complains in a restaurant if necessary but Don couldn’t possibly complain so he just doesn’t go back


Your support network – A strong network of supportive friends and family members can be an enormous buffer against life’s stressors. On the flip side, the more lonely and isolated you are, the greater your vulnerability to stress.

Your sense of control – It may be easier to take stress in your stride if you have confidence in yourself and your ability to influence events and persevere through challenges. If you feel like things are out of your control, you’re likely to have less tolerance for stress.

Your attitude and outlook – Optimistic people are often more stress-hardy. They tend to embrace challenges, have a strong sense of humour, and accept that change is a part of life.  Pessimistic people can spiral into depression and stressful situations very quickly.

Ability to let go of the past – You have to accept your life as it is now and let go of everything negative that has happened in the past.  If you are constantly trying to change your life you will become more stressed.  You need to slow down and look at all of the areas in your life that aren’t working and put a plan together to improve them.  People normally become too busy because they don’t want to look at what is not working in their lives and they rush and make themselves ill.  A friend of mine is always causing himself to have big accidents and this is because the Universe is telling him to slow down and look at his life, and the more he doesn’t the more the Universe makes him ill.

Your ability to deal with your emotions – You’re extremely vulnerable to stress if you don’t know how to calm and soothe yourself when you’re feeling sad, angry, or overwhelmed by a situation. The ability to bring your emotions into balance helps you bounce back from adversity and is a skill that can be learned at any age.

Your knowledge and preparation – The more you know about a stressful situation, including how long it will last and what to expect, the easier it is to cope. For example, if you go into surgery with a picture of what to expect post-op, a painful recovery will be less traumatic than if you were expecting to bounce back immediately.

Your health – If you are fit, eat healthily, your brain chemistry is balanced and you absorb all the necessary supplements, you will cope with stress more efficiently.  If you exercise regularly this will also help to de-stress you.

Your ability to laugh - Put on a funny DVD and have a good old fashioned belly laugh.  Laughing will relieve stress quicker than anything.  Try and see the funny side of every situation and laugh and try and make other people laugh as well.  Laughter is so healing and we all seem to have lost our sense of humour with everything that is happening in our lives.

Anger triggers stress

Anger can be very destructive and if unresolved, can cause major stress and illness.  You need to be able to recognize when you are angry and not suppress it.  If you have not able to show anger as a child this is very difficult to achieve.

The first part of how karma can affect your weight

How does Karma affect your weight?

I have been on a diet since I was born - I was 12 lb even then which for 1955 was very heavy!  What ever happened the weight never came off.  My mother was obsessed and had me on a diet and exercise plan at the age of 3!

I even spent 7 years on 150 calories a day, water tablets and slimming pills - and I wont tell you what else I did, to try and lose weight.  Most people would have died through malnutrition but I was still slowly putting on weight!

So why I started on my spiritual journey it absolutely made sense that I was paying back negative karma as being overweight made me very  unhappy.  I had chosen to be overweight as I felt that I needed to suffer and punish myself for what I had done (or perceived I had done) in past lives.  This explained why everything I did didnt work.  So I had to work very hard at forgiving myself and releasing the need to suffer and punish.  I can help you do this as I have so much experience now.

Announcing my new weight loss book 'Why?Weight'

Hi Everyone

So I have now finished my weight loss book and it is in pdf format and I am very excited about it!  There isn't another book like this on the market as it covers all subjects from negative beliefs, blocks and patterns, to why your subconscious does not want to lose weight to how past lives and karma affect your weight.  You will never have to buy another weight loss book again!!
 
I have to admit that I haven't totally cracked it yet - but I have lost weight - and more importantly in my case - excess water.  But I have had over 50 years experience of weight problems and have been both over weight and under weight and bulimic - I even lived on 150 calories a day for 7 years - so I speak from experience.
 
Everybody is different, there are different body types, personality types, homeopathic types - and everyone needs different food, exercise and supplements.
 
Just changing your diet to 5:2 or joining weight watchers doesn't mean that you have cracked it for life.  There was a story recently about a man who had a gastric band but he was so addicted to fast food that he actually pureed his food so he could eat vast amounts - if his emotional problems had been dealt with he would have lost weight easily and simply without a gastric band.  Many people are dying with gastric bands because they have swapped over eating with starving so once again the 'whole' person has not been looked at.
 
So, as often as I can, I will be explaining various chapters in the book - I am so excited I can't believe to tell you all!!
