Program your water to manifest the life of your dreams!

We are made up for 70 % water so why not program the water you drink every day with everything that you want to manifest in your life.  It is so easy and so powerful.  There are various ways you can do it:

1. write on a piece of paper what you want - new beliefs, money, new job, soul mate, health, reduce pain, attract your perfect job, money or a house (or whatever you desire) and stand your bottle or glass of water on the paper for as long as you want.  Then, when what you what changes, write the list and place the water on it again

2. Fill a glass or a bottle with water and speak into the water whatever you desire to manifest - it is best to do this three times.  Obviously this will have to be repeated when you refill.

3. Write what you want on a bottle of water and you can refill it whenever you want.  When things change throw the bottle away and write your new desires on that bottle.

You can write affirmations, use codes called Switchcodes (more about that in later posts) and angel numbers (these are particularly good for self esteem, pain relief or a health problem) - you can research these on the net. Define new beliefs and goals - the list is endless.  These are automatically being programmed into the water in your body and swirling around your cells.

It is so easy but so powerful and you dont keep having to chant affirmations!!

So how does karma affect your success I hear you ask - and what utter nonense! So any of you, like me, who are doing well and then suddenly everything falls about our ears will understand that something else is affecting what we do!

When we come into a live we have a contract with our Soul to experience many situations and one of those is to clear past karma.  This could be our karma, ancestral, religious, spiritual, soul group, from the country we live in - and anything else we have agreed to - which reminds me to say that we usually agree to do too much (against the wishes of our guides and angels) so next time remember to chose wisely - I certainly am!

There are lots of explanations about karma but I believe it is ourselves paying back for things that we have done in the past that havent aligned with our soul purpose - like stealing, murder, witch hunting, wars, experimentation, treating people badly, slavery - the list is absolutely endless.  And yes we have done all of these things in these lives but we know that we are never going to do them again and we need to clear what is programmed into our DNA etc so we can clear bad luck, sabotage etc and start manifesting the life of our dreams.  This can set up patterns of not deserving and not being worthy and that is another reason we sabotage our success because deep down we belief we are not good enough and therefore cant be successful.

When I first started on my spiritual journey I was told in a past life session that I had been responsible for putting Jesus Christ on the cross - you can imagine how that made me feel and I sunk into a deep depression and blamed myself for the misfortunes of the world - and for then on everything went wrong and I lost lots of money. This past life regression was handled very badly and I should have been made to see that I had been chosen to do this as an important role for the growth of the planet and that it was a great honour - it took me a long time to turn this around believe me.

There should be no blame or judgement attached to any karma or past life - just the knowledge that this needs clearing from every cell in your body and replaced with love and healing.  To do this you can use techniques like EFT, ask for help with your angels or book a session with me!  You will find that your life will begin to change for the better and your health, relationships and money situations will improve! How to program a crystal to help you succeed

I read a lot of spiritual magazines and they all advise a different crystal for a different problem.  So this means that it ends up costing you a fortune and then, if you are anything like me, you can't remember what the names of the crystals are and what they are for!  I have hundreds of crystals that I have bought over the years and can't remember what at least 3/4 of them are for!

So what I recommend in my book, Unlock your maximum potential, is that you visit a show or a shop and you look carefully for a crystal that catches your eye.  Usually a crystal will jump out at us or if you run your hand over a lot of crystals you will find one may be hot or cold or that you just have to have it.  If I am programming for personal use I usually buy a smallish crystal, but if I am programming for my house or an office space I will usually buy something larger as it is not going to be moved.

When you bring it home the first thing you must do is to cleanse it to remove any negativity it may have picked up by being handled by other people.  The usual method is to wash it in warmish water and then pat dry.  If you want to check its cleansing method, do a search on the internet just to make sure this is correct for your crystal.  You can also put it outside during a full moon or put it in the earth - however, I prefer the washing method.

Hold the crystal in your hands and get to know it and really feel its energy.  Hold it to your heart and then say I am programming you to: and then list all the issues you would like help with.  You could have a crystal for health, work, money or you could just have one crystal and program it for everything.  I carry a crystal around with me that is programmed with everything + protection, but I do have a couple of other crystals programmed to help with other problems such as health.  So for example you could ask:

I am in full health
I want to be successful
To grow my business by 50%
To attract the correct team for my business
To heal my arthritis or pain
To bring in clients
To increase my abundance
To protect me against negativity
To protect my house/office/car against negativity or bad luck
To increase my luck so I am always lucky
To release my excess weight
To reduce my stress levels
To find my perfect job
To attract my perfect soulmate

Then finish with: I wish the crystal to be self cleaning.  This means that the crystal will automatically self clean itself and you wont have to keep washing it.  However, when your list changes I would suggest you wash and re-progam.  You can add or subtract instructions or change the wording.  The wording must mean something to you so dont use other people's words.

And so the list can go on.  I would suggest that you give this a lot of thought before you conduct the programming so you cover all the subjects.  You can program a crystal for your children or your pets.  I usually have a large protection crystal in my house and a small crystal by my bed so I sleep well and am protected if I decide to go off astral travelling!!

What is karma and how does it affect your abundance and prosperity?

In Hinduism, karma is described as the total compilation of all a person's past lives and actions that result in the present condition of that person.  Although this may be a bit of a mouthful and sound rather strange, it also translates into the more familiar expression, ‘what goes round comes round’.  Both relate to people’s actions in the past that shape how they are now and in the future, and these actions can originate in this life or in a previous life. Different people have different ideas of karma but this is mine and this is what I was taught and believe in.   

Karma can relate to times in our life where we have caused others harm - either by our actions or words - or it can be from when others have caused us harm (for example, an attack, stealing money or bullying). That Karma then becomes part of our being and needs to be healed and released.  It may appear that people live charmed lives and seem to have any issues.  This could be for many reasons - that they have already paid off their karma, money isnt the issue that they are working on in this life and it could be something else like relationships or that they have a pattern of running out of money so even though they appear to have a lot they are constantly worrying about it.

So if you constantly have money troubles, it could be because you stole money in previous lives (we all have!).  This is why techniques like ‘The Secret’ or ‘Cosmic Ordering’ may not work for you because the karma has to be healed before money is allowed to flow to you.

It could be that you have decided to pay back your karma with your problem as this is causing you to suffer and punish or you may not be able to sustain a relationship.  It could be that you were murdered for your money and you are subconsciously frightened to have money in this life so you reject it - this has to be healed so you know you are safe and that it is safe to have money now.

This is why in everything you have to be utterly honest - so if a restaurant doesn't put an item on the bill you have to tell them; if somebody gives you too much change you have to give it back.  If not this could 'add to your karma' and you will find somebody will charge you too much or you will have money stolen.

Ann’s story

I was 12lb at birth and struggled all my life trying to lose weight and keep it off.  When I started to look at karma I discovered that I had chosen this path as I felt I needed to punish myself and suffer for what I had done to others.  As I had been an expert in water torture I had also decided to fill myself full of water as I had done this to many other people.  When I healed and released all these past lives, the weight and water started to come off and I didn’t feel I needed to be punished anymore.

Once you have learnt the lessons, realised that it was for your growth and you weren’t going to do it again, your angels and guides will help you release it.  Ask for their help daily until the karma around a particular issue is resolved.

Other karma from this life and past lives that could be affecting you now:

1. You were a bullying boss and treated your employees badly
2. You were involved in some kind of money crash like The South Sea Bubble or the depression in the 20's. You lost your clients money and some may have committed suicide
3. You stole from people, were a con man, pick pocket, highway man, nasty landlord or other such lives
4. You were a slave master in Egypt or Africa
5. You gambled or wasted money

You may also have ancestral karma that you have inherited so although you didn't do this somebody in your family line did and you are paying back the karma.  You can also have the karma of the country and continent that you were born or live in - so there could be a lot to clear!
