Find out more about my amazing best selling book, Unlock your maximum weight loss potential!

please reply to ann@annparker.co.uk

Hi everybody

This is my video about my weight loss book, Unlock your Maximum Weight Loss Potential, which is available on Amazon.  It is also being featured in this month's Soul and Spirit.

It is not like anything else on the market and comes from over 25 years of experience, research and results.  I still have a couple of stone to go but am working on why I want to hold onto it.

The video isn't brilliant, sorry, but it explains how passionate I am about helping people with weight loss, especially children.  It isn't for somebody that just wants to lose 7 lb and needs to cut down but for someone who struggles - like I have for near 65 years!

It covers all subjects from:

healthy eating to nutrition to supplements to exercise
It has a whole large chapter on all the reasons you cant lose weight and why it isn't your fault!
appetite suppressants to medication to organ disfunction
beliefs, blocks, fears patters and programming
ancestors, karma and past lives
body types and stress
homeopathy, herbs, bach flower remedies and other therapies
how to ask your guides and angels to help you
I teach various techniques like EFT to speed up your metabolism and eliminate stress
even has a few spells to assist as well!

Believe me it is the best purchase you will ever make!

Dr. Karen Becker from Healthy Pets, who's a leading authority in pet nutrition.

I have been asked to post this article by Dr Karen Becker on pet nutrition.  This is so important as so many of the most popular food is full of things we would never feed our pets! As an animal communicator I will always ask the pet what they need, any intolerances, any supplements they need - so you are getting it from the horses mouth - so to speak!  If you would like an animal communication session please contact me on ann@annparker.co.uk

Crucial Things To Consider When It Comes To Feeding Your Pet
Loving pet parents are often concerned about whether they’re making the best feeding decisions for their dogs and cats. Although the ideal diet is different for each animal, learning some general information about pet nutrition can help you make healthy choices for your four-legged family member.

However, this is easier said than done. There's a lot of information out there from a lot of different sources (some better than others), and it's easy to get overwhelmed.

We know a lot goes into deciding what to put in your furry friend’s food bowl, so to make things easier, we’ve outlined some important points for you to consider.

Some Things To Consider ...
For starters, there are some common mistakes that you should avoid, like overfeeding your pet, getting store-bought food full of filler ingredients, and underestimating the importance of a balanced diet. All these factors can potentially lead to health issues down the road.

Next, it’s important to know which kinds of wholesome foods and supplements you can give your pet. A dietary boost can help get your pal into tip-top shape, depending on his or her nutrition needs.

Then, you also have to decide whether you’d like to feed your dog or cat a kibble, wet food, cooked, or raw diet, based on his or her health and your budget and lifestyle. Yes, there’s a lot to consider!

While this may seem overwhelming, the good news is, small changes can make a big difference.

For instance, switching out high-calorie, processed treats for
wholesome, homemade goodies can help animals reach or maintain a healthy weight.

Certain pet-safe whole foods like banana slices, carrots, plain cooked chicken, and eggs can even offer a nutritional boost. And while these foods will
supplement the diet with extra vitamins and minerals, your pal will just think he or she is getting a yummy snack!
Nutrition: The Foundation Of Health

Just like with humans, our pets’ health begins with proper nutrition. The big difference, though, is that they depend on us to make their eating decisions for them!

The good news is, you don’t have to be an expert to be a wonderful pet parent, but you do have to have a little background knowledge about animal nutrition and health. That includes getting expert guidance from veterinarians and nutritionists to help you learn how to best care for your pal.

But while their help is crucial, at the end of the day, the choices you make for your four-legged friend are ultimately up to you. So, listen to the advice of trusted professionals, do some research, and use your best judgment. After all, no one knows your pet quite as well as you!

The reason you cant lose weight is because you have a slow metabolism

please contact me on info@unleashyourfullpotential.co.uk

I am so fed up with people saying slim people never overeat, emotionally eat or sit and watch the television.  Most of the slim people (or ordinary or slightly overweight people) drink alcohol on a regular basis, eat pizza and go out to eat at least once a week - and buy bars of chocolate and cake - somebody must be buying them!  My friend cut out drinking for 4 nights a week and lost two stone over 3 months - I dont even drink!

One of the reasons that you cant lose weight is because your metabolism is slow.  You could be born with a slow metabolism (like me) or something could have happened to make it slow down (like a shock, childbirth or an allergy). It could be genetic, your body type or constitutional homeopathy type. It could be a life plan to affect your weight and it could even be a past life!  When I gave up smoking I never lost weight again - this is due to the fact that smoking boosts your metabolism by at least 200 calories a day so even though I was careful and didnt substitute the weight started to creep on.  The metabolism is partly controlled by the thyroid glad but I feel it comes more from the hypothalumus (the boss of the endocrine system!) and doctors dont even recognise this or have anything to boost it up!  If you have a slow metabolism you will never lose weight or keep it off.  Remember every 10 years your metabolism slows down even further!

When I tell people I lived on 150 calories for 7 years they say no wonder your metabolism is shot - but I did that because my metabolism was shot before!  So I know I made it worse but I was desperate!  People say eat more food and especially protein but this doesnt work if you have a serious weight problem.  People say eat more of a certain type of food but this doesnt work long term or permanently.  The best way to increase your metabolism is to find out what homeopathy and herbs are best for you as they will address it permantly for ever.  Another good technique to use is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as you can tap on your metabolism every day and increase it slowly.

Why not book an appointment with me to find out why your metabolism might not be working properly.
