Have you ever asked your body what it actually wants??!!

I have had a weight problem all my life and I have been on every diet going, starved myself for 7 years, cut out total food groups and done three hours exercise a day!  So my personality/ego/conscious brain thought they were doing the right thing for me but not once did I ask my body what it wanted or needed.  What I have been shown over the last six months is that you need to be in tune with your body elemental as it absolutely knows what is best for you.  Your body elemental is a ‘spiritual’ part of your body (similar to your higher self) that absolutely knows 100% what is best for you and your body.  So it knows what you should eat, what supplements you should take and what exercise you should do.

The best way to get in touch with this part of you is to go into deep meditation and ask for it to come forward.  Talk to it like you would talk to your best friend.  Ask it what its name is and really get to know it.  Thank it for trying to help you and say that you are sorry that you may not have been listening!!

If we don’t listen to our body elemental we could become ill – a lot of people have stress that is now affecting their adrenals – but you most probably have been given signs that you are on the verge of burnout but you have ignored them.  I know this because I worked for 14 hours a day for 25 years with a severely underactive thyroid and then got to the state of adrenal collapse. I couldn’t stop ‘doing’ and felt guilty if I sat down and did nothing – sound familiar?  I know somebody whose body elemental was trying to get him to slow down and when he didn’t listen he had three accidents – he thought he was unlucky but I knew his body elemental would make him rest in the end and it did by breaking his leg!

If you dowse with a pendulum or use muscle testing to ask questions, I would still suggest that you phrase your questions like this “Can I ask my body elemental if it wants to do hot yoga?”. So you are still being very particular and narrowing down the response.  So these are just a few examples of questions:

Can I ask my body elemental:

1.     Do you want me to take a multi vitamin

2.     Does it have everything in it I need

3.     Do I need to take it every day

4.     If so for how long

5.     If I don’t need to take it every day how often do I take it and for how long

 

1.     Do you want me to cut out wheat/diary/whole food groups

2.     If so for how long

3.     If not what can I continue to eat

4.     Should I eat it with other things such as protein, bread, pasta etc

 

1.     Do you want me to go on this detox/juice diet

2.     If so what would you like me to have in the juice

3.     How long would you like me to do it for

4.     If not what would you like me to do instead

 

1.     Do you want me exercise now

2.     If yes what would you like me to do and for how long

3.     If no why not and when can I exercise in the future

4.     Am I doing the right exercise for me

 
Recently I discovered the benefits of Kefir and was very excited and I asked if it was OK for me to take it and I got absolutely!  However, I didn’t ask how often and for how long – big mistake!  I was OK for a couple of days and expected to feel really good and then I was really ill – and disappointed!  When I asked how often a week I was supposed to take it my body elemental said twice and that I had also been taking too much at one go – so I didn’t get anything right then did I!  If you take supplements or herbs don’t assume that you should take them every day.  In fact, don’t assume anything!  Ask if your body elemental wants the biscuit in your hand, or the glass of wine or cake you are about to consume!  If it says NO but you really want it explain to your body elemental that you would really like it but that you will be healthy from then on!

How do past lives affect your weight?

If you have a weight problem and have trouble losing it or keeping it off, you may be affected by past lives.  What tripe I hear you say!  But it is true and I can vouch for it because it has affected me!  I was 12 lb when I was born and have been on a diet ever since doing at least 1 hours exercise a day and sometimes three.  People would always say to me, "If you did another hour that would work" or "You dont eat enough" or "You must eat too much"!  People who dont have a weight problem dont understand!  When I got out and drink water and have a starter for a main course I am surrounded by people eating three courses with alcohol (over 3,000 calories) so they assume I must eat this plus!  I have had people come up to me in the streets and tell me to eat more fruit and veg (I am a veggie!) or tell me to do more exercise!  Actually I think this is insulting as I wouldnt dream of going up to somebody and saying you are ugly!

So when I started down a spiritual path I started to look at past lives and I was amazed how they are affecting our lives now from health, weight, through to money and success.  So I started to look at the past lives that had caused me problems:

1. I had died many times from malnutrition
2. I had died many times from thirst
3. In Africa centuries ago if you were large it showed you were wealthy
4. I had had past lives in the South Pacific where the body structure is larger
5. I had had many poor lives of lack and this now equates to weight gain in this life (money and weight are connected)
6. I had been raped etc and the weight was for protection
7. I had had jobs where I had to be large (fat lady in a circus, sumo wrestler) so if I lost weight I would have lost my job
8. The weight in this life was punishment for me laughing at overweight people in different lives
9. The weight was punishment for me because of the negative things I had done in past lives

This is to name but just a few.  When I have clients with a weight problem one of the first areas I clear is past lives otherwise the weight will not come off as the subconscious will hold onto it for grim death!  Why not contact me on ann@annparker.co.uk to find out what past lives are causing your weight problems and remove them.

Why excess weight is nothing to do with overeating

Hi everyone

So do you have trouble losing weight?  I have for years - I was 12lb when I was born and have lived on a diet ever since!  It was when I visited a therapist who did 'muscle testing' and she asked my body if I wanted to lose weight and I couldn't believe it when my body replied "NO"!  I have now spent 20 years working out why I don't want to and I have lost masses of weight/water but have a couple of stone to go.  But I am now convinced that I am on the right track and I want to share my knowledge with you!

One of the main reasons that people are overweight is that they don't feel safe.  This could be because they were abused or raped or that when they were slim they received masses of unwelcome male attention which made them feel unsafe.  This is quite a difficult pattern to reverse because your subconscious's main concern is your safety.

You may feel unsafe in your area or in the world with everything that is happening.  Your subconscious may add weight to make you feel safe.  Of course this doesn't work so we have to change your subconscious's beliefs that making you fat and miserable is not protecting you from terrorism!

When you were slim before you may have got pregnant, or divorced or another trauma so your subconscious is keeping the weight on so this doesnt happen again.

For all those people who have lost a lot of weight and put it back on again we know that that is not due to what we are eating.  Having dieted, exercised and worked on our beliefs we wouldn't go back to eating and put the weight on in a couple of months!  The reason the weight goes back on again (and you seem helpless to stop it) is that your subconscious has just realised what has happened and it doesn't like it so it slaps the weight back on as quickly as possible!  Not very helpful from our point of view but it is for your subconscious.

Excess weight is more than just overeating - I starved myself for years so my subconscious filled my body with excess water which I couldnt get rid of.  It was only when I worked on myself, my fears and my beliefs that the weight started to come off!

How certain types of bacteria could be stopping you losing weight

There are many reasons why people can’t lose weight – I know that because I have written a 300 page book on the subject!!!  I haven’t looked at gut bacteria before but this article from the Daily Mail certainly caught my eye!  We have lots of stomach bacteria and it is all very important in our health wellbeing and our weight.  A company called Mapmygut will test your gut bacteria for you and then advise you on what diet to follow to improve the bacteria that is not in balance.  Here are some of the bacteria that could be causing you problems with your weight.  This could explain why you have trouble losing weight or gain it very easily – the lady in the article lost 3 lbs very quickly even though she had struggled before.  Her low levels of certain bacteria meant that her body was ultra efficient in taking all calories from food and conserving them as fat.

Ruminococcaceae – high levels of this bacteria is linked to obesity

Rikenellaceae – high levels of this bacteria is associated with being overweight and linked to a high fat diet

Akkermansia - should be 9-12% anti-inflammatory and improves blood sugar (the lady in the article was about 1%)

Christensenellaceae - dubbed the skinny bacteria so if it is low trouble you will have trouble losing weight

Bacteroidetes and firmicutes - good for extracting calories out of food which will add unwanted fat!

Same old diet advice really – avoid processed food and only drink a couple of times a week.  Fasting is good as are fermented foods like Kefir and Apple Cider vinegar.

I have discovered an amazing new technique called SWITCHWORDS and I am very excited about it!  We have all chanted affirmations for years, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't seem to however hard you try!

Switchwords activate the subconscious not just reprogram it as affirmations do.  Switchwords can be chanted 10 times or 28 times (or what suits you) as often as you can a day. Affirmations reprogram the subconsious but if the subconscious doesn't believe what is being said or it is triggering a pattern or block, it will not let itself be programmed.  The Switchwords may mean nothing to you but that is great because they bypass the ego and conscious and go straight to the subconscious and do their work!  They really are amazing!

Switchwords can be used with EFT and you can also use muscle testing to see what are the best phrases for you.  Chanting with water is good so try and chant in the bath or the shower. You may want to try chanting them in different orders as it may feel better another way around.  You may want to add colours to the phrases.  I use gold and purple a lot.  Even though they don’t make sense to you, they make sense to your subconscious!

Chants should be used for at least 21 days and then look to see if they still resonate with your or you need to move onto something new.  When chanting blocked emotions, patterns etc may rise so make sure you write everything down that comes up.

Words like Divine are used but it is not a technique linked to religion.  Divine is another word for the universe and everything in it so you can use it quite happily - it just seems to add an extra edge to the reprogramming and makes it quicker.  For example, when I chanted PROSPER, up came thoughts like "greedy, money grabbing" which I thought I had cleared a long time ago (but obviously not!!).  So I started to chant DIVINE PROSPER and that felt really good and no other thoughts, patterns or blocks came up.
 
Tips to start with:

DIVINE – this changes the chant to be much more spiritual, especially around money

TOGETHER  - TOGETHER is the master Switchword that works for everything. You can chant it on its own, or combine it with other Switchwords you like.

TOGETHER-DIVINE-BE (help me accept and embrace my path; help me be well. BE is the Switchwords for peace and wellness.)

LOVE-TOGETHER-528 HERTZ (for love and healing)

TOGETHER-FIFTY THREE (take responsibility; move forward). FIFTY-THREE is an angel number and a Switchword, so it is very powerful. It brings you a sense of knowing and self-direction.

Add in DIVINE if it feels right. You can test it by chanting it aloud, for example TOGETHER-DIVINE-FIFTY THREE might feel stronger for you than TOGETHER-FIFTY THREE.

HUM – helps align the chakras; harmonises your internal energy. You can chant a long HUM and see how it feels in your body. You might sense any energy blocks within you if you visualise the HUM moving from the base of your spine through your chakras up and beyond the crown of your head. For example, your HUM might feel weaker around your solar plexus.

CARE-JUDGE – helps improve memory
