How to program a crystal to help you succeed
I read a lot of spiritual magazines and they all advise a different crystal for a different problem. So this means that it ends up costing you a fortune and then, if you are anything like me, you can't remember what the names of the crystals are and what they are for! I have hundreds of crystals that I have bought over the years and can't remember what at least 3/4 of them are for!
So what I recommend in my book, Unlock your maximum potential, is that you visit a show or a shop and you look carefully for a crystal that catches your eye. Usually a crystal will jump out at us or if you run your hand over a lot of crystals you will find one may be hot or cold or that you just have to have it. If I am programming for personal use I usually buy a smallish crystal, but if I am programming for my house or an office space I will usually buy something larger as it is not going to be moved.
When you bring it home the first thing you must do is to cleanse it to remove any negativity it may have picked up by being handled by other people. The usual method is to wash it in warmish water and then pat dry. If you want to check its cleansing method, do a search on the internet just to make sure this is correct for your crystal. You can also put it outside during a full moon or put it in the earth - however, I prefer the washing method.
Hold the crystal in your hands and get to know it and really feel its energy. Hold it to your heart and then say I am programming you to: and then list all the issues you would like help with. You could have a crystal for health, work, money or you could just have one crystal and program it for everything. I carry a crystal around with me that is programmed with everything + protection, but I do have a couple of other crystals programmed to help with other problems such as health. So for example you could ask:
I am in full health
I want to be successful
To grow my business by 50%
To attract the correct team for my business
To heal my arthritis or pain
To bring in clients
To increase my abundance
To protect me against negativity
To protect my house/office/car against negativity or bad luck
To increase my luck so I am always lucky
To release my excess weight
To reduce my stress levels
To find my perfect job
To attract my perfect soulmate
Then finish with: I wish the crystal to be self cleaning. This means that the crystal will automatically self clean itself and you wont have to keep washing it. However, when your list changes I would suggest you wash and re-progam. You can add or subtract instructions or change the wording. The wording must mean something to you so dont use other people's words.
And so the list can go on. I would suggest that you give this a lot of thought before you conduct the programming so you cover all the subjects. You can program a crystal for your children or your pets. I usually have a large protection crystal in my house and a small crystal by my bed so I sleep well and am protected if I decide to go off astral travelling!!

Stress is becoming the biggest killer of all time
In my new book, Unlock your maximum potential, I have a very large chapter on stress. Everybody is so stressed now and this is damaging our health beyond recognition - I know because it happened to me. From the age of 25 when I joined a company in support I thought nothing of working 14 hours a day, every day. Then I had a mother, husband, house and dog to look after as well. This went on for 30 years until my body couldnt stand anymore and my adrenals gave out in exhaustion. I could hardly get out of bed, my hair fell out in handfuls and I swelled up with water. The doctors advice was just to rest but you need to do so much more. I explain in my book how alcohol and junk food makes things worse - although you crave them to give you energy and to make you feel better - and you are so stressed for time it is easy to pick something up and eat it on the run.
So you need to take stock of your life and decide what you are going to change and start to really look after yourself. These are just a few examples of how you should change your life:
1. You need a healthy diet with veg and fruit and protein - cut out pasta and bread etc.
2. You need to do some exercise every day that you enjoy - if you dont enjoy it your body sets up another stress response and it will make you worse. Even if you go out at lunchtime for a brisk walk this will help you clear your head
3. You need to take vits, minerals and herbs. I list the ones I recommend in my book
4. You need to tell your family and your boss and ask for help - I know this is very difficult but it needs to be done. You need to be able to say NO and mean it whatever manipulation is thrown at you.
5. You need to spend time on your own deep breathing and meditating - 10 mins a day is fine but this will help get the oxygen around your body and focus your mind. We all forget to breathe!
6. You need to learn EFT so you can release your patterns and blocks daily - this is also excellent for overwhelm and stress - even if you are not tapping on stress the tapping automatically de-stresses the body
7. You need to look at your life and see where you want to make changes. Do friends serve you any more? Do you want to change your job? Do you need to get a cleaner or delegate to your children! You cant do everything for everybody any more
